The STIHL TSA 300 is a 12” (300 mm) battery-powered cut-off machine ideal for professionals in construction, hardscaping, and pipework. Its compact, well-balanced design makes it easy to handle, while its precision cutting performance—comparable to the TS 410 petrol model—enables accurate results when cutting materials such as bricks, paving stones, natural stone, concrete, reinforced concrete, and rebar. The TSA 300 offers a maximum cutting depth of 4.3” (110 mm) and can be equipped with a K-ME abrasive cutting wheel or a D-SB90 diamond cutting wheel for enhanced versatility.
Powered by a wear-free, smooth-running EC motor, the TSA 300 operates quietly with low vibrations, ensuring optimal performance throughout the entire battery charge. A key feature is the STIHL magnetic filter, which passes cooling air through several magnets to protect internal components from metal dust, and can be easily removed for fast cleaning. Additionally, the TSA 300 is equipped with a fast-stop brake that recovers energy into the battery, stopping the cutting wheel in less than 4 seconds and extending working time.
The LED display on the handle provides real-time information on operating speed and overheating warnings, while its emission-free operation makes it suitable for use indoors. The TSA 300 must be used with the AP 500 S battery for maximum performance; using an AP 200 S or AP 300 S will reduce performance. On a full charge with the AP 500 S, the TSA 300 delivers 20 minutes of cutting time, making it a reliable, eco-friendly solution for demanding jobs.
